Duramed Pharmaceuticals Inc. selected StayinFront to provide pharmaceutical CRM software and services for its field sales force and sales management, it was announced July 1. StayinFront Inc., Fairfield, NJ, provides enterprise-wide customer relationship management applications, decision-support tools, data services and eBusiness systems.
Duramed, a subsidiary of Barr Pharmaceuticals, is a specialty pharmaceutical company that develops, manufactures and markets prescription drug products, focusing on women's health including the oral contraceptive and hormone therapy markets.
Duramed will use StayinFront Pharma and StayinFront Analytics, a data analysis and decision-support tool, to drive sales force effectiveness and track field activity with an internalized contract sales force. StayinFront Pharma lets field representatives track sample disbursement, capture electronic signatures and manage inventory.
