Staples, Framingham, MA, yesterday launched a new version of StaplesLink.com, the business-to-business procurement Web site that drives 70 percent of Staples Contract Division orders.
The Contract Division acquired 8,400 new customers in the first three quarters of fiscal 2002.
StaplesLink 4.0 features include navigational enhancements based on customer input and usability analysis, enhanced order management, search filters that can identify items supplied by minority or women-owned businesses; and new administrative functions that include enhanced user profile pages.
