Social media management infrastructure provider Sprinklr today announced a strategic partnership with Thismoment, a platform used to source and redistribute digital content. The stated goal of the agreement is to give marketers a way to create relevant content-driven experiences that can then be managed via Sprinklr.
In a press release, Sprinklr claimed that common customers it shares with Thismoment—among them Microsoft and Intuit—will be able to deliver the right content faster to a targeted audience using the combined system. Sprinklr maintains that it will help clients reduce operational costs and inefficiencies.
Sprinklr is designed to aid brands in managing social experiences across all desired touchpoints through its integrated social relationship model. Thismoment is designed to help brands source and mix user-generated content into targeted “playlists.”
“Experience management software is the most strategic software investment brands will make in the next three years,” Sprinklr CEO Ragy Thomas said in statement about the partnership. “Aligning the customer experience with the brand persona is a top priority for companies that wish to remain relevant in the social age.”
