The Spiegel Group yesterday declared a $0.04 quarterly cash dividend per share of common stock.
The dividend is payable Aug. 20 to shareholders of record on Aug. 13. The Spiegel Group has 131.9 million shares of Class A and Class B common stock outstanding.
