Solar Communications, Naperville, IL, a print, production and lettershop services provider, yesterday announced the launch of M@il Integrator, a product that lets marketers synchronize online and offline campaigns.
According to Solar, M@il Integrator transfers offline creative into online campaigns and collects responses for back-end fulfillment.
Solar also said it has selected Bigfoot Interactive's e-mail communications technology platform to power the online delivery of M@il Integrator.
According to Solar, by using complementary mail channels, marketers can test the effects of one channel on another, forge and strengthen relationships across channels and begin to understand how their customers would like to be communicated with.
