Shop2u.com, Fairfax, VA, is expected to announce today that it is joining the ClickRewards shopping network.
ClickRewards members will have the opportunity to opt in to Shop2u's ClickRewards e-Catalog of the Week, which is designed to give members the opportunity to shop “through the convenience” of e-mail from more than 40 popular catalog titles.
The shopping network is a merchant-based network rewards program developed and managed by Netcentives, San Francisco, which is designed to drive consumer behavior by rewarding customers with ClickMiles.
Shop2u also is offering members who register for the program the opportunity to win a sweepstakes for 50,000 bonus ClickMiles. Shoppers will earn additional ClickMiles for each qualifying purchase they make from the catalogs. Those ClickMiles can be redeemed for frequent-flier miles on 10 major airlines, hotel stays, car rentals and name-brand products.
Shop2u delivers customized, full-color catalogs over the Internet using e-mail. Its current merchants include The Company Store, 1-800-Flowers.com, Ross-Simmons, Hammacher-Schlemmer, Macy's by Mail, Panache, Omaha Steaks and Home Marketplace.
