Broadbase Software Inc., Menlo Park, CA, yesterday agreed to provide its analytic and marketing automation applications to Sharper Image.
Broadbase's E-commerce and E-marketing applications will provide analyses of customer shopping preferences and product merchandising across Sharper Image's multiple sales channels.
The specialty retailer expects the software will allow it to provide more personalized customer service and to integrate its sales channels databases.
