MemberWorks Inc., a loyalty program provider offering discounts from corporate partners, said Friday that executive vice president of marketing services Walter Kazmierczak has left the company.
MemberWorks, Stamford, CT, did not disclose the reasons for his departure other than saying that Kazmierczak left to “pursue other interests.”
“Mr. Kazmierczak’s responsibilities will be absorbed into the existing infrastructure of MemberWorks’ senior management group and we do not contemplate hiring or replacing his position at this time,” Gary Johnson, president/CEO of MemberWorks, said in a statement.
MemberWorks offers consumer and membership services as well as customized programs with discounts from partner companies in categories such as travel, entertainment, computers, fashion, personal finance, insurance and personal security. It had 6.3 million consumers registered for its programs as of Sept. 30.
