Sedona Partners With IBM, Jack Henry

Sedona, King of Prussia, PA, has joined with Jack Henry and Associates and IBM to provide small and midsize financial services institutions with a customer relationship management solution to identify, select, retain and attract profitable customers.

Sedona's flagship product is Intarsia, a CRM application designed for this demographic. Intarsia includes profitability management, Web-based reporting, lead tracking and campaign management features. It is an IBM DB2 application offered on IBM iSeries and xSeries platforms; later this year it will be available on the pSeries.

By using the data content in Jack Henry core processing systems, such as the Silverlake System, Intarsia will extract customer information and enhance it with third-party business-to-business or business-to-consumer data such as lifestyle and preference information. Intarsia then will filter, analyze and present the data visually while using techniques for householding and segmentation.

According to Sedona, the system will help users analyze customer and product profitability, develop customer and prospect profiles, and develop and track marketing campaigns.
