Sears has made several enhancements to its sears.com site based on customers’ responses to a survey.
One of the most frequently requested features was the ability to redeem gift cards on the Web site, a feature sears.com now offers. Plus, three new product categories have been added. These include tires as well as home health care and wellness products. In addition, shoes for the entire family are now available after a successful test, according to the Hoffman Estates, IL-based company.
Other changes include making it easier for shoppers to find recently viewed products and a more intuitive site navigation, the company said in a statement.
