Specialty retailer Sally Beauty Supply has selected e-Dialog as its e-mail and database marketing service provider.
The beauty retailer, which operates more than 2,200 stores across North America as well as distribution internationally, with revenues of more than $2.5 billion annually, will be working with e-Dialog to build its e-mail campaigns.
E-Dialog will help with the backend technology, as well as in planning e-mail marketing strategies and looking at analytics. The retailer will be using behavioral and lifecycle information to target its e-mail.
E-Dialog will integrate, host and manage the retailer’s data, including customer, product and transactional records, while Sally Beauty will use e-Dialog’s self-service tools to create and deploy triggered and non-triggered messages based on that data.
Sally Beauty Supply stores sell more than 5,000 products for hair, skin, and nails through professional lines such as Clairol, L’Oreal, Wella and Conair, as well as proprietary merchandise.
