ATLANTA — List brokerage and management firm Rubin Response Management Services Inc. said today that it launched Personal Marketing Concepts, a division created to help start-ups and small mailers execute marketing campaigns from start to finish.
The PMC division was unveiled here during DMA·05 .
“Smaller mailers don't have the same resources, and we're here to facilitate things for them,” said Scott Wells, manager of sales and database development at Rubin Response Management Services, Schaumburg, IL. “Everybody has to start somewhere, and we'd like to help.”
In addition to services regularly offered by Rubin Response, the division offers development of marketing strategies and creative consultation and production. Other services include postal/e-mail list recommendations, e-mail messaging, print/electronic advertising, merge/purge and campaign result analysis.
“We started the division with the intent to cater to mostly small and some mid-tier companies,” Wells said. “If they don't have a creative team or the resources to hire an agency, we can step in.”
