Return Assured, developers of the “return seal of approval,” joined forces yesterday with Dimac Direct, an integrated direct marketer, to co-market bank credit cards, private-label credit cards and affinity cards.
Credit card marketers that sign with the duo will be able to offer their cardholders Return Assured's guarantee of risk-free transactions. If a participating retailer fails to honor its return policy, Return Assured will refund the purchase price in accordance with the merchant's policy.
Dimac Direct, Bridgeton, MO, has provided marketing services to credit card issuers, including GE Card Services, Capital Card and First North American National Bank.
