Xchange Inc., Boston, announced yesterday that Promoteam.com will use the e-messaging component of the Xchange 4.0 solution suite for electronic customer relationship management.
Promoteam, San Ramon, CA, is a full-service promotional company that provides apparel and incentive items for many of the world's largest companies.
Xchange 4.0 helps marketers design, plan and execute highly targeted, opt-in e-mail campaigns, and enables them to measure return on investment and other metrics, such as click-through rates.
Promoteam.com will use Xchange 4.0 to communicate with customers through permission-based e-mail tailored to the interests of each individual customer.
