PrimeResponse, Cambridge, MA, has signed agreements with the first three clients as part of its Andersen Consulting alliance in the second quarter of 2000. Among the new PrimeResponse clients are Chase Insurance.
In December PrimeResponse and Andersen Consulting entered into a global alliance to develop and implement the next generation of integrated e-marketing solutions. Under the terms of the agreement, a portion of Andersen Consulting's commission on the first five transactions closed would be used to find cooperative marketing activities to promote further sales of PrimeResponse products.
