Precision Response Corp., Fort Lauderdale, FL, said this month that it purchased Access Direct, an outsourcer of inbound and outbound telemarketing services.
With the purchase of Access Direct, Precision Response, a provider of customer relationship management services, adds six call centers in Iowa to its holdings. Access Direct, Cedar Rapids, IA, has more than 1,200 employees and serves clients in the financial services, insurance sales, mortgage/equity lending, publishing, utilities and telecommunications industries.
Details of the purchase were not released.
