OgilvyOne, London, allied with Pivotal Veracity, San Francisco, because e-mail is an important part of its clients’ marketing efforts. One of Pivotal Veracity’s key attractions to OgilvyOne was the ability to track e-mail deliverability.
This deal means OgilvyOne clients like Dove, easyJet and Chivas Brothers can track e-mails to end users and see that they are delivered. If delivery fails, the Pivotal Veracity tool helps clients troubleshoot the problem.
For Pivotal Veracity the partnership represents a move into the European market. The firm plans to infuse local European best practices and account support into its existing service for any of its clients.
