Pivotal Corp. added Pivotal Digital Intelligence to its Pivotal Demand Chain Network solution suite.
The software provides interpretation of customer and business partner behavior, according to the Kirkland, WA-based company.
Pivotal said this analytics tool differs from traditional tools in that instead of only revealing the basic patterns of customer groups, Pivotal Digital Intelligence allows companies to understand how to effectively engage with prospects, partners and customers in traditional settings and over the Internet.
Pivotal Digital Intelligence said the solution will allow users to segment customers according to needs, preferences and actions and to target these segments with appropriate campaigns and information. It also can provide users with the capability to evaluate the success of marketing campaigns, Web content, product positioning, product bundling and site structure.
