PennySaverUSA.com, the Web site of the shopper publications of Harte-Hanks Inc., has entered into a relationship with American Classifieds and AmericanClassifieds.com, the nation’s largest privately held audited demand distribution shopper.
The announcement was made Sept. 12 by Rancho Cordova, CA-based PennySaver, which has more than 1,100 community editions. PennySaver and The Flyer shoppers have a circulation of 13 million in California and Florida.
The agreement, signed this past quarter, brings searchable classified listings from every state to the PennySaverusa.com Web site. It also has begun generating increased browsing of local content on both PennySaverUSA.com and AmericanClassifieds.com.
Cedar Grove, FL-based A merican Classified has published more than 400 million private party classified ads, making it the largest privately held demand distribution classified newspaper in the United States.
American Classifieds is free to readers and is distributed to many urban and rural locations across the United States. The paper is printed and distributed weekly and has an audited circulation of more than 2.7 million papers published in 23 states.
PennySaver also has entered into a relationship with Community Papers of Florida, an association of 184 community papers throughout the Sunshine State.
