Postal Business Center Network, an association of private shippers, yesterday announced it will employ outbound telemarketing in 2001 for promotional purposes.
PBC Network, Centereach, NY, has outsourced the campaign to its sister company, OnCall Communications Inc., Cape Coral, FL.
Call center agents will help update PBC Network's membership database as well as recruit new members. The telemarketing campaign is also aimed at promoting PBC Network's services, including its international shipping program and its online postal store.
