The New York Life Insurance Co. named Digital Impact Inc., San Mateo, CA, to handle online marketing.
The agency will create and execute online campaigns for the nation's largest mutual life insurance company. The efforts will target New York Life's customer base to build better one-on-one relationships.
Other clients of 5-year-old Digital Impact include Eddie Bauer, Citibank, Hewlett-Packard, Victoria's Secret and Marriott Hotels.
