NEW ORLEANS — NuEdge Systems, Englewood, CO, a provider of automation-based customer relationship management solutions, this week released its NuEdge Individualized Communication Center.
According to NuEdge, its Web-browser solution is the first product that automates the process for designing, producing and distributing individualized customer communications in multiple channels.
It will give customer-centric businesses — such as retailers, financial services companies, catalogers and e-commerce companies — the ability to deliver “the right message” in formats preferred by customers, such as direct mail, fax, telemarketing and automated e-mail.
The Template Manager in the NuEdge Individualized Communication Center gives marketers the ability to create customizable templates for individualized campaigns. NuEdge said the reusable templates also make it possible for marketers to create individualized communications in a more efficient manner by eliminating the process of having to manually input creative content.
Marketers also will be able to conduct in-depth reporting and response analysis of multichannel marketing campaigns to determine the content, timing and method that best suits each customer.
In other news, NuEdge and Customer Communications Group, Denver, announced a partnership designed to provide customer-centric businesses in the retail, catalog, financial services and e-commerce industries with an end-to-end solution for managing the entire marketing process from conception to analysis. They said the joint effort will help companies bridge the gap between the disconnected steps involved in successful “modern marketing.”
