North American Communications bought Texas Direct Inc., a direct marketing services firm with on-premise envelope production, forms printing and mailing offerings.
The purchase bolsters Armonk, NY-based North American's presence in the Southwest and boosts its bicoastal production capacity and BMC/SCF coverage.
North American is one of the leading mail production and fulfillment firms, producing more than 1 billion mail pieces yearly for clients in consumer goods, financial services and credit cards, teleservices, publishing and insurance. It has more than 1,500 employees in New Jersey, California, Texas and Mexico.
