Regarding Tad Clarke’s editorial (“Another Bad Fit,” Nov. 22) on Sears’ treatment of Lands’ End, let’s not be surprised. Remember, the shareholders of Lands’ End sold to Sears for cash – all cash – not Sears stock.
Think about what that tells us.
