Nextera Enterprises Inc., a management consulting firm specializing in customer relationship management, will deliver MarketSoft's suite of products as part of a partnership declared yesterday.
MarketSoft, Lexington, MA, is a marketing automation solutions provider whose Demand Chain Management software applications are designed to improve marketing-response and sales-conversion rates. In addition, MarketSoft's customers measure the actual return on investment for all their marketing activities and can correct their programs in real time.
Under terms of the partnership, Boston-based Nextera will train its CRM solutions teams on the MarketSoft application suite. Nextera's teams typically include marketing and sales effectiveness experts as well as technology specialists.
The companies will expand their joint sales activities, targeting specific mutual revenue opportunities and planning cooperative marketing events.
