Web analytics provider Omniture introduced this week Search Engine Manager, a bid management and optimization tool that integrates with its SiteCatalyst product to help boost search engine marketing campaign performance.
By integrating with SiteCatalyst, Search Engine Manager provides insight into why a keyword campaign is, or is not, successful, and what actions can be taken to increase ROI, the Orem, UT, company said.
Integrating with SiteCatalyst also lets Search Engine Manager optimize keyword bids based on visitor behavior information unavailable to other bid management tools, such as number of pages viewed or abandonment within certain stages of the conversion process.
Search Engine Manager launches to select customers this month and becomes generally available in February. Omniture said Overstock.com is using the software.
