The National Wildlife Federation has signed a deal to outsource its catalog and Web site order management, call center and fulfillment functions to AB&C Group.
NWF is a nonprofit wildlife conservation group based in Reston, VA. In addition to its educational and lobbying work, the group also markets a broad array of merchandise through its National Wildlife print and online catalogs.
The federation chose AB&C Group as its fulfillment partner because it wants to provide members and supporters with fast, high-quality service and personal attention while also improving cost-efficiency.
AB&C, McLean, VA, expects to go live with its fulfillment solution for NWF in mid-August.
