MP3.com debuted a new service yesterday that will give its users the ability to listen to downloaded song libraries from Internet-enabled wireless devices.
MP3.com tapped FusionOne — which allows Web content to be heard through Web-enabled cell phones and other portable communications devices — for the back-end technology to deliver the service. FusionOne's solutions allow a song that is downloaded to a personal computer to be available on a user's personal digital assistant.
Financial details of the deal were not disclosed.
