E-synch Corp., maker of ChoiceCaster, a free, downloadable media player, recently announced a content distribution agreement with Movieconnect.
Movieconnect will have a channel on the ChoiceCaster player, featuring the firm's third-party offering of Hollywood and independent movie trailers, soundtracks, live and prerecorded movie premiere coverage, celebrity interviews and other events.
Movieconnect, Sherman Oaks, CA, joins several other content providers on ChoiceCaster, including independent film site Bijoucafe.com, sports site HoopsTV.com, lifestyle site AdventureTV.com and financial site Stockhouse.com.
E-synch, Tustin, CA, said the deal diversifies its content as it looks to position ChoiceCaster against other media players such as Windows Media Player and QuickTime.
Financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
