MilitaryWorld.com Offers NRA Benefits

MilitaryWorld.com, Los Angeles, an e-commerce/content site targeting members of the armed forces, has begun offering membership benefits for the National Rifle Association.

NRA membership costs $20 a year at the site and includes a $10,000 accidental death and dismemberment insurance plan, gun loss insurance and a subscription to American Rifleman, American Hunter or America's First Freedom.

In addition, the NRA offers member discount programs such as a holiday card program offering boxed greeting cards. Part of the proceeds from card sales goes to support the NRA.

“MilitaryWorld.com is leveraging relationships with nonprofit and for-profit organizations that increasingly contribute to the value of our membership,” Ron Steinberg, founder of MilitaryWorld.com, said in a statement.

Financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
