MicroStrategy, Vienna, VA, announced a partnership early this month with Dimension Data Holdings, South Africa’s largest information technology integration company. The partnership is being designed to bolster Dimension Data’s e-business and customer relationship management product offerings and extend Microstrategy’s presence in the South African marketplace.
Through the agreement, MicroStrategy will provide Dimension Data’s customers with the technology needed to gain understanding of customer preferences and then market directly to individuals through multiple touchpoints.
