MessageLink Inc., a reseller of wireless telecom products and services, has tapped The Weightman Group, Philadelphia, as its agency of record.
Weightman will develop a marketing communications program that includes an advertising campaign, online marketing, corporate communications and a revamped corporate image.
MessageLink, Berwyn, PA, operates in select metropolitan areas nationwide. The firm buys independent wireless messaging providers and then aims to enhance the services offered. It also plies upgrades such as additional messaging content, Internet services, cellular/PCS and prepaid telecom.
Founded in 1998, the company has retail stores in Los Angeles, Fort Lauderdale, FL, and Denver. It offers business-to-business services nationwide.
Weightman's billings last year totaled $65 million. Its clients include Sunoco Welcome America, Tasty Baking Co., Summit Bank, Hearth USA and the Greater Philadelphia Tourism Marketing Corp.
