McCormick names Studiocom as its AOR

Digital agency Studiocom, a WPP company, was selected June 26 as the interactive agency of record for McCormick & Co. Inc., the world’s largest spice company.

The deal states that Studiocom will provide interactive services, in addition to search engine marketing and optimization, media planning and buying strategies. The agency won the business for the remainder of 2007 and throughout 2008.

According to a statement by McCormick, Studiocom was chosen for its innovation.

The agency announced the news just after launching campaigns for other high-profile brands: Mattel and Nestlé. The company works with other food service brands, such as Dunkin’ Donuts, Baskin-Robbins, Coca-Cola and Wonka.
