MarketSwitch Corp., Dulles, VA, this month announced that Exchange Applications, Boston, has licensed its technology for incorporation into Exchange’s award-winning VALEX software.
Through the agreement, Exchange will seamlessly integrate MarketSwitch software modules into a forthcoming VALEX add-on product, which is currently in development. The product will enable users to access real-time recommendations on channel and offer selection intended to optimize cross-selling success.
By using MarketSwitch’s optimization technology Exchange customers will be able to determine campaign economics before committing resources to a marketing initiative. As part of the new solution, Exchange will resell MarketSwitch software.
