Marketswitch Corp., a marketing optimization software vendor, has enhanced its True Suite of marketing optimization software products, the Dulles, VA, company said.
Marketswitch's True Suite allows companies to choose a specific combination of product promotions, communication channels and customers in an effort to reap the greatest return on investment. The True Suite also delivers measurable improvement in the effectiveness of real-time call center and Web marketing campaigns as well as of traditional outbound direct marketing programs.
According to Marketswitch, the software enhancements will give marketers greater control in designing both inbound and outbound campaigns while balancing business profitability with customer needs.
New product features include:
• User-defined constraints. Users can define specific business constraints that the marketing campaign must satisfy, such as minimum or maximum offers, eligibility or budgetary issues.
• User-defined goals. Users can create campaigns that maximize or minimize any mathematically definable goal, such as profit, revenue, budget, customer retention or satisfaction.
• Segmentation. Campaigns can be optimized at the individual customer level or at the customer segment level, depending on the company's preference or current marketing processes.
• Optimizing customer interactions. The software can incorporate criteria such as the eligible target population and valid time period into the decision-making process.
