MAC Direct has opened a 247,000-square-foot fulfillment house in New Castle, DE, to complement its existing facility at its headquarters in Colmar, PA.
The new facility will offer a full array of mail fulfillment services, including group issues, bulk shipments, convention orders, kit assembly, printing and mail shop fulfillment. MAC Direct said it built the facility to increase its capacity to meet customer demand.
With the new facility, MAC Direct has a total of 375,000 square feet, or more than eight acres, of warehouse space.
MAC Direct provides direct mail, fulfillment, printing, Web hosting, e-mail and interactive voice response services. Clients include Aventis, Euro RSG, Weyerhauser, Novartis and Marriott.
