Letter: Is Do-Not-Mail Issue a Constitutional One?

I’m no lawyer, nor have I spoken to one, but I think the do-not-mail issue might be a constitutional one (“How Many More Registries Can We Take?” July 21). You pay for your phone service. You pay for your Internet provider. You do not pay for your mail DELIVERY. The Constitution says that there will be a postal service, and I don’t think anyone can deny anyone access to that mail box by the U.S. Postal Service as long as they have paid the postage.
