Regarding Tad Clarke’s editorial (“Cracking the Voter Vault,” July 19), in an attempt to stem the decline of letter mail, I always used to remove the empty reply-paid envelope from the Republican National Committee, seal it and mail it back.
On one occasion I was moved to tear up the personalized donation request and include it in the envelope. Now the RNC writes to my wife rather than to me.
