Quaero, a CRM provider based in Charlotte, NC, said yesterday that Leading Hotels of the World selected SpringBoard, Quaero's hosted CRM solution, to support Leaders Club, its customer loyalty program.
The SpringBoard system will provide an integrated database and technology platform to drive global marketing programs for Leaders Club.
Leading Hotels of the World is a luxury marketing organization representing 400 of the world's finest hotels. The New York City-based company maintains a network of 18 regional offices worldwide.
Leading Hotels will use SpringBoard to drive marketing performance and CRM to other key customers, including corporations and travel agents. The solution will provide an integrated database and technology platform to drive global marketing programs for all constituencies.
