KeyBank, the 12th-largest U.S. bank, will use a CRM solution from Quaero, the Charlotte, NC-based Quaero said yesterday.
As part of the engagement, Quaero helped KeyBank conduct a marketing process and infrastructure assessment and made suggestions on implementing an enterprise marketing solution that would further KeyBank's marketing objectives while reducing its campaign execution costs.
