Who’s Calling Inc. has agreed to be acquired by an investment vehicle managed by Vista Equity Partners, a San Francisco-based private equity firm with over $1 billion in equity capital.
Founded in 1998, Kirkland, WA-based Who’s Calling Inc. provides cross-channel marketing analytics technology and lead identification services. The service provider can track advertising performance and identify every lead generated across multiple channels including search engine keywords, telephone calls and closed transactions.
The acquisition is expected to close in mid-September and will help the company continue to aggressively grow its client portfolio, develop new technologies, expand into new markets, and further enhance its service for existing clients. Who’s Calling serves more than 7,000 clients in industries including automotive, financial services, media, travel and others.
Next month’s acquisition follows an eight-year growth trajectory for Who’s Calling, positioning the company as the leading provider in the evolving cross-channel marketing analytics category. Who’s Calling’s has 300 employees across North America and Europe.
