International Facilities Boost RMH Revenue

Telemarketing firm RMH Teleservices yesterday upgraded its economic outlook for the first quarter of its 2003 fiscal year and said it expected revenue to remain stable throughout the year.

The company said it anticipated revenue of $75 million for the fiscal first quarter, a 27 percent rise over the same period last year. It also said it expected overall revenue to remain steady at $325 million to $350 million for fiscal 2003, which ends Sept. 30, 2003.

RMH attributed its revenue growth in the fiscal first quarter to clients using its low-cost facilities offshore and in locations outside but near the United States. For example, the company has eight call centers in Canada, including one that opened in Surrey, British Columbia, in the spring.
