InfoUSA, Omaha, NE, said yesterday that it completed its acquisition of OneSource Information Services Inc. InfoUSA announced its intent to buy the company for $101 million in cash April 29.
OneSource is a business information solutions firm with customers such as Bank One, Chubb, Citigroup, Cisco, Deloitte & Touche, HP, i2 Technologies, Orange, Royal & SunAlliance, SAS Institute and Sun Microsystems.
The cash tender offer for outstanding shares of stock was completed June 4, and OneSource shares no longer are listed on the Nasdaq National Market.
