Proprietary business and consumer databases provider infoUSA has completed its previously announced acquisition of Opinion Research Corp.
Shareholders approved the sale of the company at a meeting held Dec. 4.
Opinion Research Corp. will remain headquartered in Princeton, NJ, and will continue to operate independently as part of infoUSA.
Vin Gupta, founder and chairman/CEO of Omaha, NE-based infoUSA said in a statement that the completion of this transaction is an important step forward in the company’s strategic growth plan and will create value for all infoUSA shareholders.
