The General Services Administration selected ICT Group as one of five vendors to provide call center support for government agencies and departments, ICT announced yesterday.
The contract is for one year, with four one-year options. The GSA's contract with ICT Group, Newtown, PA, is part of its USA Services initiative. It provides government agencies with the chance to acquire contact center services in order to improve interactions with constituents.
According to the GSA, the other vendors in the program are Pearson Government Solutions, Arlington, VA; Teletech Government Solutions, Englewood, CO; Aspen Systems Corp., Rockville, MD; and Datatrac Information Services, Richardson, TX.
The GSA has a $150 million funding capacity for the contact center program over the next five years. The GSA's function is to provide and maintain buildings and workplaces for federal agencies.
