Teleservices firm ICT Group, Langhorne, PA, formed an alliance Friday with customer relationship solutions provider Digitas to deliver a host of services for outsourced customer contact centers.
Services to be provided include contact center site selection, systems integration consulting, facility launch, program planning and implementation, staffing, training and technical support. The two companies will target contact centers in the insurance, financial services, telecommunications, healthcare, media, energy and hospitality industries.
The alliance represents the expansion of an eight-year relationship between ICT Group and Digitas, Boston, in which ICT Group has assisted in executing in-market programs for Digitas clients. ICT Group, which five years ago transformed itself from a primarily outbound telemarketing company into a mixed inbound and outbound CRM firm, employs 5,000 people and operates 4,000 workstations throughout the United States, Australia, Canada, Ireland and the United Kingdom.
