Direct marketing services provider I.C. System, St. Paul, MN, has introduced Forward Solution, a computer interface system that meets the U.S. Postal Service's requirements for its FastForward change of address system. It is an inhouse system that can provide updates to clients' mailing lists from the FastForward system overnight.
A spokeswoman for I.C. System said Forward Solution lets users create even more detailed reports than the standard ones. The information gathered from these files may not be used to start a new mover file, the spokeswoman said. “It can only be used to help people better understand their current file,” she said.
