The PRC has made postal research a Googlesque experience with improvements in the menu on the homepage of www.prc.gov. The “Reports/Data Services” dropdown now grants access to quarterly reports, historic performance plans, annual compliance determination (ACDs) reports, and dockets on file.
Quarterly Periodic Service Performance reports dating back to 2012 and ACDs filed since 2007 are accessible on the site.
