Hispanic Teleservices Corp. will provide Spanish-language telephone support to Hispanic customers of America Online in the United States, the teleservices agency said yesterday.
AOL hopes to better accommodate its growing Hispanic customer base through the partnership, an AOL executive said. Further details about the agreement were not disclosed.
Hispanic Teleservices Corp. offers bilingual outsourced telephone support services to the Hispanic market. The company operates a contact center in Monterrey, Mexico, and is headquartered in Houston.
