Harte-Hanks Inc., Billerica, MA, introduced M/CIS Modeling, which lets marketers integrate modeling into their use of the company's M/CIS database.
Harte-Hanks M/CIS tracks and analyzes customer interactions, behaviors and preferences to drive customer communications in mail, telephone, e-mail and other channels. The new modeling option incorporates Unica Corp.'s Affinium Model application.
According to Harte-Hanks, M/CIS Modeling saves time by building hundreds of models, testing and validating each and selecting the best one. The product includes a license for Affinium Model, one year of software maintenance for Affinium Model, two days of product training from Unica and two days of on-site consulting from Harte-Hanks.
